Prospectus with Admission Forms can be available at the following places on payment of Rs.1000/- in cash on any working day between 9:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

• Adwaita Mission Central Office, Mandar Vidyapith, Bounsi

Application Forms can be available through post with a DD amounting of Rs. 1100/- in favour of Adwaita Mission Institute of Technology payable at SBI, ADB, Banka Branch. Duly completed Application Form must reach the office in time.

Admission Test will comprise of objective type questions based on +2 level Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, General knowledge and Reasoning.

Following Documents should be submitted along with the Application:

01. One self addressed& stamped envelope of Rs. 5/-of size 23 x 11cm

02. Community certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC

03. Self-attested copies of the certificates and mark sheets of high school and higher secondary school

04. Physically disabled candidates should enclose the disability certificate

05. Two recent identical passport size photographs

06. College leaving/ Transfer certificate

07. Character certificate from the last institution studied

08. Migration certificate

N.B. : Original copies of all the documents mentioned above has to be produced at the time of admission for verification. Candidates wish to produce the original certificates at a later date will not be considered.
